We want you to love your purchase from Noksela. If you are not entirely satisfied with your apparel items, we offer a stress-free 30-day return and exchange policy starting from the calendar date your package was marked as delivered.

1. Eligibility Requirements for Returns

To ensure fair processing and health/hygiene standards, returned items must comply with the following criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and complete with all original garment tags and branding labels securely attached.
  • Items must be completely free of cosmetics, make-up smudges, deodorant residues, perfumes, or pet hair.
  • For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, bodysuits, swimwear, and jewelry cannot be returned unless a clear manufacturing defect is proved.

2. The Return Process

Initiating a return is simple and straightforward:

  1. Send an authorization request email to otisflatleykuul@outlook.com. Please include your official Order Number (#XXXX) and specific itemized reasons for the return.
  2. Our support staff will evaluate your request within 24–48 business hours and issue an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label along with explicit return warehouse directions.
  3. Securely package the products, apply the issued label to the exterior box, and drop the parcel off at your nearest verified postal courier station.

3. Return Shipping Costs

We offer Free Returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the incorrect style/size was dispatched by our fulfillment center. For general returns based on subjective preferences (e.g., buyer's remorse, changed mind), the customer covers the local return shipping labels to our designated European or US logistics hubs.

4. Refunds & Processing Window

Once your return parcel arrives at our facility and passes quality compliance inspections, your refund will be processed immediately. The fund credit will automatically apply to your original payment platform (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.).

Please allow 5 - 7 business days for bank institutions to post the transactional settlement credit into your active statement balance.
